Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
Where available, DOIs for the references have been provided.
The manuscript should be max. 12 A4 pages.
Funding sources are listed before References chapter

Author Guidelines

The authors with it submission has the responsibility of providing novelty an original scientific or professional paper with reporting standards, data access, acknowledgment of used sources and fair authorship of paper. Also authors are responsible to correct fundamental errors if they are noted by the reviewers or the editor. The authors after receiving the reviews sent by the Editor have 30 working days to correct the eventual mistakes or to reformat the paper according to journal style guide. When authors send their corrected version it is expected to note the made corrections in accompanying letter. The authors retain author rights (proprietary rights, distribute copied for internal use, to use the material for lecture) and to make derivate publications based on paper for works dated subsequent of the official date of publication in the Journal of graphic engineering and design. As JGED is and open access journal and by publishing the research papers authors transfer the copyright for the specific published version of paper and JGED is publishing it according to the open access policy. All authors will receive a printed copy of the journal (on additional request co authors can also get copies).

Copyright Notice

FTS Scientific Publishing is an Open Access publisher. All articles can be downloaded free of charge and used in accordance with the Creative Commons licenses. This allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles.

Authors of submitted papers will be asked to sign the Plagiarism Declaration and Copyright transfer agreement to the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences. The papers have to be prepared according to the FTS Scientific Publishing Publication ethics and publication malpractice statement.

Publicly available sources and data suppliers from which we obtain data to validate or supplement the information we hold and to support the Service.

Device and usage data

The Service may automatically collect information about how you and your device interact with the Service, such as:

Computer, device and connection information, such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system and other software installed on your device, unique device identifier and other technical identifiers, error reports and performance data,
Usage data, such as the features you used, the settings you selected, URL click stream data, including date and time stamp and referring and exit pages, and pages you visited on the Service and/or
For location-aware Services, the physical location of your device.

We collect this data through our servers and the use of cookies and other technologies. You can control cookies through your browser's settings and other tools.

How we use your information

We are committed to delivering a relevant and useful experience to you. Depending on how you interact with us and the Service, we use your personal information to:

Our group companies and service providers

Depending on the Service provided, we share your personal information with our:

Suppliers and service providers, including editors, reviewers, payment processors, customer support, email service providers, event venues and service providers, mailing houses, shipping agents and IT service providers

to process the information as necessary to provide the Service, complete a transaction or fulfill your request or otherwise on our behalf based on our instructions and in compliance with this privacy policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Your choices

We may also share your personal information with our group companies and with sponsors, joint venture partners and other third parties, including entities for which we are acting as an agent, licensee, application host or publisher, such as societies, that wish to send you information about their products and services that may be of interest to you as determined by your choices in managing your communications preferences and other settings.

Legal reasons
